What are the symptoms of general fatigue?

The most common type of fatigue is that related to our stressful and sedentary lifestyle. It often materializes as fatigue upon waking and difficulty starting the day. Chasing fatigue becomes difficult, the feeling of exhaustion does not leave you.

It is also manifested by a lack of motivation, a desire to do nothing. Sometimes it is accompanied by a lack of appetite or on the contrary by weight gain or diffuse pain.

When to worry about physical and nervous fatigue?

Feeling tired after an intense physical and/or intellectual activity is quite normal. However, if this fatigue lasts for more than 6 months, you can consider that you are subject to chronic fatigue.
