I have at heart to accompany people wishing to have a healthy and greedy food balance. The balance is fundamental in order to combine pleasure, greed and varied nutritional contributions. I am convinced that our diet, and more specifically nutrition, has a fundamental impact on our moods, sleep, stress, weight, performance; these impact our health!
Moreover, it is important to underline that we all have our own type of diet, what suits others does not necessarily suit us.
I thus help people who want to find their own diet, all this in a caring and self-respecting way.

Of Italian origin, Dr. Cristina Bertollini graduated in 2003 from the University of Rome and in 2007 she obtained her doctorate in Neurophysiology from the same university. She then won several post-doctoral fellowships and worked as a researcher at the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM) in Marseille (France), the Center for Investigation and Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV) in Mexico (Mexico), the Department of Human Physiology and Pharmacology at the University of Rome (Italy), and at the Centre Médical Universitaire (CMU) in Geneva (Switzerland). His research focuses on the study of memory and learning mechanisms as well as on the analysis of the underlying mechanisms of certain neuronal dysfunctions generally associated with various neurological pathologies, such as epilepsy, and psychiatric pathologies, such as schizophrenia. Her passion for nutrition led her to attend a school of holistic nutrition in Geneva and, after graduating with great success, she became a professor of neurodegenerative pathologies in the courses of pathologies applied to nutrition, in the same school. She is currently working as a holistic nutritionist specializing in neuronutrition, a holistic preventive and therapeutic approach useful for optimizing brain and mind function.

I am Mary-Laure, a nutritionist in Geneva. I entered the world of nutrition because of or because of my autoimmune disease. I was always sick when I was younger and had no improvement with allopathic medicine, I simply turned to nutrition, because a little voice told me, what you eat will be your energy, give your body foods that will heal you. I completely changed my way of eating, and since then I am not sick anymore. Since then, my mission is to give people the desire to eat well and to take back control of their diet. During my childhood and adolescence, I had various health problems. Problems of the kind that are not serious enough to be taken seriously, but still have a way of ruining our daily lives. Skin problems, digestion, fatigue, general weakness. In short, these “small ailments” that many people live with and that do not find a lasting answer in allopathic medicine. I then decided to look for alternative methods and I found answers, mainly through the change of diet. I was able to quickly and efficiently solve my problems, which led me to become passionate about the field of nutrition. I graduated from the Geneva School of Complementary Therapy and Alternative Medicine and now practice as a nutritionist to help those who would like to optimize their health and live 100%.

I have always been interested in food and its benefits.
When my second child arrived, difficulties led me to look even more closely at the effect it could have on behavior, sleep and overall health.
I was able to realize its negative impact when it is unbalanced, too rich in carbohydrates, as well as all the industrial products that are toxic for the body (sweeteners, coloring agents, flavorings, etc.).
I now wish to use my experience and knowledge to support those of you who wish to understand the positive influence of a good diet, and to help you re-establish the healthiest and most balanced diet possible according to your own needs.
I also practice Ericksonian hypnosis, to accompany you towards a better well-being, towards a greater letting go, with the aim of decreasing your addictions, improving your sleep, and offering you a better emotional balance, as well as a better stress management.

Passionate about people, I first worked as an assistant to young children in a daycare center. But I also had other passions and I wanted to make it my job. In order to accompany people in a holistic way, I trained in Nutritherapy, Bach Flower Remedies and Bye Bye Allergy Therapy. My new life mission as a holistic therapist is to gently and respectfully accompany people who want to take care of themselves and their health. I am happy to transmit my knowledge so that everyone can take their health in hand, have a healthy lifestyle, and be autonomous to move towards harmony and high vitality!
