How does it work in practice?

The session begins with a discussion with the therapist to learn aboutyour goals, potential symptoms and personal history. Relaxation, breathing, body activations, visualizations, mindfulness meditation, these different exercises appropriate to the body and mind are presented to you and you put them into practice with the help of your coach. Mostly sitting on a chair you will learn to reach a level of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. You will then begin a true inner journey to discover solutions hidden deep within your being. At the end of the session, you can talk freely with your therapist about your feelings. He will deliver his analysis and will advise you on exercises to be done at home, thus allowing you to increase your well-being in complete autonomy.
